November 19, 2009. Hungarian Health Officials Declare H1N1 Epidemic

Hungarian health officials declared an H1N1 epidemic in the country on November 18th. Cases of the virus reached 22,000, with a 30% increase over the past week, The concentration of cases is highest in Pest County, officials said. Seven people who have tested positive for the virus have died.
