August 11, 2009. Death Toll from Swine Flu Increases in India

The number of people who have been killed by the A/H1N1 flu virus rose to 10 on August 11th, with the death of three more patients in Baroda, Mumbai, and Pune. The government claimed to have enough anti-flu drugs to combat the spread of the disease and implemented quarantine measures. Nevertheless there is growing concern in India over the disease.
