February 22, 2013. Earthquake felt in Hong Kong

About 5,000 people contacted Hong Kong city officials on February 22nd to report feeling the earth shake after an earthquake in mainland China's Guangdong province, local media said. The Hong Kong Observatory measured the earthquake at 4.8 on the Richter scale and said it took place some 180km (110 miles) north of the city. Some Hong Kong residents said the earthquake shook their buildings and had caused objects to fall.
