SOURCE:Kroll

Torrential rains in Haiti have caused 10 deaths, and left one person missing, in the provinces of Nord and Nippes, officials reported on November 10th. Over 1,500 more residents were forced to evacuate their homes. The country is yet in a state of emergency following Hurricane Sandy, which left 54 people dead and crippled Haiti's already weak infrastructure.
