May 16, 2011. Third worker at Japenese nuclear plant dies

A third worker at the tsunami-damaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant died on May 14th, the plant operator said on May 14. Officials said the cause of the worker's death was unknown. The man, who was in his 60s, was exposed to 0.17 millisieverts of radiation on May 14th, while the maximum level of exposure for male workers at the plant is 250 millisieverts. Officials launched an investigation.
