Three earthquakes were registered along Peru's Pacific coast on the morning of April 4th, the country's Geophysical Institute announced. The quakes measured magnitude-4.0, magnitude-4.8, and magnitude-4.1. The first quake shook Nazca, a popular tourist site, while the subsequent quakes struck near Tumbes, in northern Peru, and near the capital Lima. No injuries or damage was reported.
